Ciklopea Shines As Employer Partner For the Fourth Time

Every year, the Employer Partner Certificate is awarded to employers who manage to meet the rigid criteria for quality human resources management. The efficient balancing of the employer’s and employees’ satisfaction is visible in their partnership, which is continuously built and strengthened.

The certificate was awarded to us by the SELECTIO Group, a company specialized in consulting for human resources and personnel search in Croatia. Their criteria includes an employer’s evaluation through five categories: strategy, recruitment and selection, effect management, professional and business improvement, and attitude towards employees. Despite the criteria becoming more rigid each year, we decided to face the challenge the certifiers put before us.

We have shown that our effort was not in vain and that we truly do invest great efforts to achieve the most professional level of our human resources management. Our employees are our number one priority because they are the base for the development of the whole company. For this reason, we are constantly trying to ensure a quality balance of their professional and personal development and growth.
