On Tuesday, 8 July 2014, the Key Difference Award Ceremony was held in Zagreb. The award was presented for the third consecutive year to companies and organizations in the categories of general equality, equality for people with disabilities, gender equality and age equality.

Ciklopea was awarded for the achievements in the field of human resources in the category of age equality for recognizing and promoting good business practices which promote diversity in the workplace.

We are extremely proud of our achievements to date and of the practices adopted in the field of human resources. The award was an incentive to continue with the processes that we have started in the future, especially with the programs of involving young people into the world of work, mentoring, business orientation, training and career development.

On this occasion we would like to congratulate the other award winners, the company Pliva Hrvatska d.o.o. in the category of general equality, ACT Konto d.o.o. for the award in the category of equality for people with disabilities and Ernst & Young d.o.o. for the award in the category of age equality.
