Key Difference Award - for encouraging equality and diversity of human resources in 2012

On Wednesday, 17 April 2013, the Key Difference Award was presented under the patronage of the Ministry of Labour and Pension System. Since 2011 the award has been presented in four categories: general equality, gender equality, age equality and equality for people with disabilities.

This year Ciklopea once again received an honourable mention for participation. Although the goal of the award is to identify and promote employers with quality practices for including diversity in the workplace, we believe that key difference should not be a criterion for employment but added value to the business of each company. We know from experience that diversity is what brings out the best in us and contributes to the team’s excellence.
