In our everyday work as Project Managers, we often tend to direct most of our attention to our end-product, i.e. a delivered translation. However, we should sometimes hit pause and consider how different clients influence our workflow and how we can adapt our processes accordingly.

Since a project manager is a member of the production team, the role of the PM is often too easily associated exclusively with the production part of the service, or “what we deliver”. However, a project manager is equally important in the “how we deliver” part of the operation, in building a positive experience for the customer who works with us.

Elia Together is a two-day event designed as a meeting point of language service providers and independent language professionals.

When we heard that Elia was setting up its first conference entirely dedicated to sales and marketing, we immediately knew that this was an event Ciklopea could never skip. The track record of offering relevant content of Elia conferences, combined with the focus on one of the hottest topics in our industry, were more than good enough reasons to pack our suitcases and set out to Switzerland.
