Ciklopea at Focus PM 2025
Highlighting the Future of Localization Project Management
The Focus PM 2025 conference, held from 3–5 December in Athens, brought together industry leaders, localization professionals, production managers, and PM experts from across the world. Ciklopea proudly participated as a sponsor and co-host of one of the event’s most impactful workshops—Fit for the Future: Tools That Empower Today’s Project Managers.
The workshop was led by Katarina Barun Baotić, Project Management Team Lead at Ciklopea, and Marina Orešković, Product Owner at Across Systems. Together, they presented two powerful tools that have been reshaping modern localization workflows:
- The AI Agent in Across Language Server
Attendees had the opportunity to see how the AI Agent served as an intelligent assistant for localization teams, PMs, and linguists. It has demonstrated the ability to accelerate post-editing, support routine tasks, and maintain high quality standards by combining AI automation with human expertise.
- The Orchestrum Translation Business Management System
Orchestrum was showcased as a system built by project managers, for project managers. Participants explored how the platform reduced administrative overhead, increased workflow transparency, and delivered meaningful business insights through intuitive analytics.
A Milestone Event
This 10th anniversary edition of Focus PM offered PMs the chance to:
- Enhance their leadership skills
- Strengthen their practical and technological competencies
- Understand the impact of AI in localization
- Refine communication and team coordination
With the theme “The Agora of Project Management: Where Process Meets Purpose,” the event encouraged dialogue, the exchange of ideas, and practical learning, inspired by the historical setting of Athens, the birthplace of democratic thinking.
Ciklopea’s Ongoing Commitment
