In the first interview in our My Ciklopea Story series in 2019 our Project Management Team Lead Maja Peradin tells us about her career path and shares professional tips on high quality project management.

We’re rounding up this year’s cycle of Ciklopea stories with our Miloš Matović. He told us about how he got into Ciklopea and what he was doing before he took over the role of the company’s creative leader and became a marketing manager.

Today we are introducing our QA/digital marketing specialist Juraj Močilac who shares details on his unique set of skills and a very interesting story about how his strengths were discovered at Ciklopea.

We asked our project manager Nikola Đorđević to tell us more about website localization, the importance of client’s feedback and the tools he uses on a daily basis. He also gave us some information about his life, hobbies and interests outside the office space.

We had a chit-chat with our human resources manager Sara Demiri about her job and the people she meets on a daily basis. She also told us a lot about the values she believes in, her hobbies, passions and other interests.

Tin Režek is a student of management and economics who has been working in the business development department under the mentorship of BDM Zana Boljkovac for a few months now. Our HR manager Sara Demiri conducted an interview with Tin on his experience at Ciklopea.
