It was the same this year when, for the fourth time in a row , the certification house Bureau Veritas confirmed that all processes are in line with the requirements of the standards ISO 9001:2008 (quality management system) and EN 15038:2006 (quality management system for translation companies).

]]> A stable and sustainable system of monitoring the quality of the delivered services is the proof of commitment to the development of processes and services and improvement of overall quality of an organisation.

In the global, competitive, market of translation services, slight differences make a difference and they are reflected in the quality of the processes and delivered services.

All the stakeholders in Ciklopea’s business processes – the employees, the partners and the management – are aware of the importance of the quality of their role in the process of quality management, at the centre of which are the customers and their needs.

According to a satisfaction survey and the analysis of the data collected, the customers of Ciklopea require top quality services. Therefore we approach the management of quality in the long-term and strive for a continuous improvement which will satisfy and exceed our customers’ expectations.
