Testing of translated and localized software is the final step of quality control in software localization process. Once the localized elements are integrated, software product is tested by native professional linguists for clarity, consistency, accuracy and ease of use in the target language. Localization team is thus able to see their work in real-life use and detect every accidental error or potential issue.
Depending on the type and purpose of the localized software, localized applications can be tested either directly or via screenshots. Most of mobile apps, games and desktop computer programs are tested directly by the localization team, while specific software for machines and complex systems is tested via screenshots.
Ciklopea’s in-country software testing teams can test the localized software thoroughly before its release and thus ensure smooth user experience for you target audiences.
All software localization tasks at Ciklopea are conducted in accordance with highly developed internal project management procedure and in compliance with the standards:
- Translation Standard Certificate (ISO 17100:2015)
