At Ciklopea, we’re very growth-oriented, meaning that we don’t fear introspection if it’ll help us become better and improve our services. Over the last month, we’ve been conducting long-form interviews with our clients in order to understand their challenges better. While doing so, we noticed that some themes recur, which prompted us to believe that others in the localization industry might be struggling with the same pain points.

Although our data sample is modest, it provides unique insights into the way companies perceive LSPs as external partners, their main challenges, and how they determine whether or not they are getting value for their money.
