Project Localization: Hi-Tech Translation

Ciklopea successfully ended the 18-month project named „Localization: Hi-Tech Translation“in October 2015. The project was a part of the competition „The Application of ICT for Improving of Business Process“co-funded by the European Union through the Operational Program Regional Competitiveness 2007 – 2013 from the European Regional Development Fund.

The project included the informatization of the business process of Ciklopea, updating of the existing information and communication solutions and the education of the employees for an efficient application of these solutions.

Being the beneficiary of a EU project, Ciklopea had had to pass strict evaluation processes before the contract was signed and Ciklopea’s project was chosen among the many as being worthy of investment and the one that will reinforce the status of the company on the market and enhance the education of its employees. Since the language industry is one of the most propulsive sectors of the world with a stable growth rate, Ciklopea recognized the business opportunity and the purpose of the project was the implementation of the new technologies, increasing of competitiveness at the international market of language services.

The project was successfully completed under the expert management and supervision of the managing authorities of the first (Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Crafts) and second level (Central Finance and Contracting Agencyand) its results have been successfully implemented into the business processes of Ciklopea.
