ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and EN 15038 surveillance audit successfully completed

The surveillance audit of integrated quality management and information security system according to the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001 and EN 15038 was successfully completed in November 2014 in Ciklopea. The regular surveillance audit was conducted by the certification company Bureau Veritas Croatia in all of the organisation’s units, and during the two days the conformity of processes with the requirements of the said standards was controlled and verified in the context of all key stakeholders of the organisation. With the achieved progress, Ciklopea proved its commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.

The principle of integrated quality management system represents a common framework of the requirements of all applicable norms and standards that are used to form a coordinated system, which is more efficient and achieves better results compared to the classic model of independent implementation, the maintenance and auditing of various management systems. The integrated quality management and information security system applied by Ciklopea has been included and described in a university textbook intended for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Zagreb (Baković, T., Dužević, I.: Integrirani sustavi upravljanja (Integrated Management Systems), Zagreb, 2014) as an example of good practice and the successful implementation of the integrated management of standard requirements.
