Ciklopea Summer School 2015 – Successful Ending and New Beginnings | Ciklopea

By having organized the first Summer School in Zagreb during August 2015, Ciklopea has taken a giant step forward in its efforts to bring the world of professional translating and the academic community closer, and to improve the general state and make a positive contribution to further development of the translation industry in the region of Southeast Europe.

The first Ciklopea Summer School has been attended by 10 students from Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Slovenia who were introduced to the professional translation work, the challenges and requests of the professional translation environment, and learned the basics of working in CAT tools.

The pleasure has been mutual and during the following weeks you will have the opportunity to read the personal testimonies by some of the Summer School attendees in which our students and colleagues will share their impressions on collaboration, learning and working at Ciklopea.

The first Ciklopea Summer School ended on a high note and we are certain it will develop into a nice tradition we will continue to follow in the following years.
