Ciklopea Recognized as One of the Top Language Service Providers in Southern Europe for the Fifth Consecutive Time

We’re pleased to announce that the independent market research firm CSA Research has once again recognized Ciklopea as a leader in the multibillion-dollar global translation, interpreting, and localization industry.

Ciklopea - One of the Top Language Service Providers in Southern Europe for the Fifth Consecutive Time

Ciklopea first made the list in 2018, and this is the fifth consecutive time that Ciklopea has been recognized as a top language service provider by CSA.

Ciklopea has grown from a home-based start-up to an industry leader through continuous investment in people, processes, and technologies.

Mladen Stojak, CSO at Ciklopea, commented on this year’s ranking:

“Our vision of a top-quality language product has been perfected over the past 19 years. Thanks to the expertise of our team, which is constantly evolving, the technological infrastructure in which we continuously invest and the highly-developed business processes that set our work apart, we’re able to meet our clients’ needs from year to year.

We’re committed to further success and the fact that we have been recognized as one of the largest LSPs in Southern Europe for the fifth time (in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and now in 2022) confirms that our hard work is paying off.  With our innovative approach, we strive to exceed our clients’ expectations every day, aiming to perfect the solutions which help our clients become even more successful on new markets. We’re motived to achieve even better results in the future, and we’d like to thank our partners for their overall commitment and for the successful results that we share together.”

Sandra Stojak, CEO at Ciklopea, elaborated on Ciklopea’s top priorities during all these years:

“While each organization is looking for its way through the “new normal”, we’ve decided to keep our focus on what has enabled us to become (and stay) one of the leaders in the industry – people.

High-level aspects such as strategy, corporate culture, technology and everything in between are extremely important, but they are always fuelled and run by people, their talents, their creativity and their intuition, so saying that people are the most valuable asset of any organization is more than just a nice little phrase – it’s simply the truth. Thank you, Ciklopea team, for your hard work!”

[DOWNLOAD OUR RESEARCH FINDINGS] Localization challenges, costs, and working with LSPs

At Ciklopea, we’re very growth-oriented, meaning that we don’t fear introspection if it’ll help us become better and improve our services. Over the last month, we’ve been conducting long-form interviews with our clients in order to understand their challenges better. While doing so, we noticed that some themes recur, which prompted us to believe that others in the localization industry might be struggling with the same pain points.

Although our data sample is modest, it provides unique insights into the way companies perceive LSPs as external partners, their main challenges, and how they determine whether or not they are getting value for their money.
