We have recently had an interesting chat with Nikola Ljubešić, researcher at the Jožef Stefan Institute, Ljubljana, on the machine translation research focused on similar languages, in this case Slovenian, Croatian and Serbian.

Nikola was kind enough to provide an overview of his work in this field and share some interesting facts on language processing, use of artificial intelligence for MT and his idea on what the future of MT and language solutions may look like.
