As a Business Development Manager, you will be part of a team working on strengthening Ciklopea’s leadership position in providing localization solutions to clients, helping them successfully present themselves on international markets and secure a strong position on the global market. By adopting an individual approach to customers and understanding their needs, you will assist them in finding solutions tailored to their business.

If you have experience in the language or IT industries, understand the importance of modern language solutions for business success, and enjoy participating in business development, you might be the ideal person for us.

Responsibilities:

  • Selecting potential clients
  • Identifying key contacts from among potential clients and arranging meetings with targeted potential customers to initiate the sales process
  • Creating and monitoring new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with the sales team and management to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
  • Continuously expanding the company’s sales channel
  • Achieving sales targets and profit margins
  • Negotiating prices and finalizing contracts to close sales
  • Registering all sales activities on a daily basis in the CRM system
  • Providing weekly/monthly/annual reports to management on achieved results
  • Reporting on market trends in the industry

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – completed three or four-year program
  • 1-3 years of direct sales experience
  • Sales experience – converting potential clients into business partners while maintaining established sales quotas
  • Experience in assessing potential clients, planning communication, customer development, and time management
  • Successful qualification of potential clients, including multiple key decision-makers
  • Strong problem-solving and complaint resolution skills
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, as well as impeccable written skills
  • Team player with strong personal opinions and solutions
  • Ability to achieve and exceed goals even under pressure
  • Fluent knowledge of English is necessary. Fluent knowledge of German is a plus.
